By using the catalogue you agree that entry, browsing and any order you may place are at your own risk, and Al Alegria, Lda is not responsible for any damage that may occur to you as a result of using the Service, including contamination by computer viruses. Promotions in force are always limited to existing product stock.

Product and/or service prices

The sale price of the products and/or services made available corresponds to the price indicated in the purchase process and which is shown with an indication of VAT at the rate in force.

The Company reserves the right to change, rectify and/or update prices without the need to inform the user and/or customer in advance, without prejudice to the fact that, if the final updated/changed/rectified price is higher than the price at the time of purchase, the registered customer must be informed of this fact so that they can, if they wish, accept the new offer and pay the difference or cancel the order within 14 days of this communication.

Where applicable, the price of transport and/or delivery is added to the purchase price of the product and/or service.

By mistake, some products may be incorrectly priced, so we check prices every time we process orders. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform you by email and await your decision to accept the new offer or cancel the order.

Sending and receiving orders

Orders can only be placed through this website.

The Company undertakes to fulfill the order without unnecessary delays and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

The delivery of orders to the address provided by the user during registration will be carried out by a courier contracted by the Company for this purpose. The courier’s identification, delivery times, and other useful and necessary information for the proper execution of the order will be communicated and made available in due course.

The Company is not responsible for damages caused during the transportation of orders. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt. If any anomaly in the packaging is detected at the time of delivery, it must be immediately reported to the courier representative and noted in writing on the delivery receipt. Any incidents must be reported on the same day and, whenever possible, documented with photographs of the recorded damages.

If any issues with the received order are identified, such as missing items, the customer must notify the Company within 48 hours.

If the registered customer fails to receive the order at the time of delivery by the courier for reasons beyond the Company’s control, they will be required to cover the costs associated with a second shipment, regardless of the selected payment method.

The Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to orders not received by the customer and, consequently, not delivered by the courier.

For orders returned because they were not accepted by the recipient, the registered customer will have a history of uncollected orders, which may, at the Company’s discretion, justify the refusal of new orders.

The Company will not be liable if the merchandise, or part of it, is lost, misplaced, damaged, or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control or due to acts or omissions by the customer, the contracted courier, or any third party.

If any item is out of stock, the customer will be informed that the item is unavailable and when it will be back in stock. The customer can choose to wait or receive the remaining items.

The website  only delivers to United Kingdom.

If all products are in stock, the delivery time is generally 3 to 4 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, this time may be extended.

Al Alegria Ltd advises that the courier does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

Orders placed during the weekend will only begin to be processed by Al Alegria Ltd on the next business day (Monday to Friday, provided it is not a national or municipal holiday).

When placing an order, the customer can choose between the payment methods available, whichever is most convenient for them:

Ban on access to the service
